Usage / Instructions:

How to use Olbas Inhaler Stick:

Adults, elderly, and children over 7 years: unscrew the outer cover from the stick, close one nostril, place the inhaler in the other nostril, and inhale deeply.

May be used up to 4 times an hour.

Not recommended for under 7 years.
