Ingredients:

Active Ingredients: Levomenthol 2.75% w/v, camphor 5.00 w/v, eucalyptus oil 1.50% w/v, turpentine oil 5.00% w/w.

Adults: Rub liberally onto the chest, throat and back, Cover the whole area for maximum effect. Leave night clothes loose to allow vapours to be inhaled easily.

Children 2 and over: Gently help to rub away the symptoms of your child's cold with your tender touch. Apply lightly to the chest and back. Leave clothes loose for easy inhalation.

INHALATION METHOD

Directions for use (adults): If head cold or nasal catarrh persists, for deep action relief melt two teaspoons of Vicks VapoRub in a bowl of very hot (not boiling) water. Inhale the soothing medicated vapours for 10 - 15 minutes.
